9yThank you for your feedback. We are looking for ways to improve upon our system. We distribute the appointments as we get them. It is true, quite a few of our clients like to submit their appointments the day before. Since we are an on demand service, we cannot dictate to the client when they can use us. Liberty does empathize with interpreters on this issue, and we do encourage our clients to make their appointments as far ahead of time as possible.
