Staff is friendly and helpful with any issues. Residents are very welcoming and friendly

Some toxic staff, who should either leave or retire but it takes ALL kinds of people.

This is a wonderful place to work with a lot of wonderful people. They help so many people from seniors and children and families. The staff really are committed and do a wonderful job.

It is challenging at times to manage such a complex organization especially in the ever changing world of funders, etc. Recruitment and retention can be a challenge at times as well.
