Business Outlook
Pros
Structured large company with good pay and good benefits. They are continuously trying to improve. I wish I would have stayed.
Cons
When I was there things were a bit of a mess. They were trying new process suggested by people that did not understand the day to day operations. This resulted in a lot of time wasted. Additionally, the field adjusters no longer have a say over their schedule, which is one of the persk of being in the field.
