Decent pay overshadowed by discrimination and poor management - Property Adjuster Liberty Mutual Insurance Employee Review

Nothing really comes to mind, they try their best to support you in any way possible,

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
