      Pros

      Collaborative work spirit. Managers were more than glad to assist and provide feedback. Pay was quite competitive for a college student at the time.

      Cons

      Training consisted of shadowing a current employee. Routine tasks were given to interns to complete (recording new claims, filling out IMEs, etc).

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
