Pros
Decent pay and overall compensation - slightly above market middle. Good benefits relative to industry peer group. Vacation or 'FTO' is competitive and actually generous relative to market after the bump-ups at the 5, 10 and 20 year marks. Some sections of the company are actually well run relative to industry peers and there are growth opportunities in the International areas.
Cons
Backend systems are generally backward, and embarrassingly under developed relative to the competition. This can be a disadvantage for those in the sales and claims side of the business who have to struggle to sell or assist clients.
