      Fantastic work-life balance. They treat you with autonomy in your work. They don't have extensive monthly metrics like other companies, which allows you to focus on your work. Pay is competitive for the Insurance field.

      Cons

      Training could be better. They kind of throw you into the work and you learn as you go.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
