      Pros

      Very few. Insurance used to be reasonable but they are removing ppo and forcing everyone to high ded plans. So that was the only pro but is now being taken away.

      Cons

      Horribly unorganized, high turn over. Management is not supportive. Time off requests are ignored. Management has degrees but no knowledge or experience, favorites are promoted. Poor training. Not treated like individuals. Scolded for bathroom breaks.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
