      Salary advertised is for upper crust performers Have to find every single one of your own leads "A policy a day keeps the boss away" Horrific management, and ignorance is praised and promoted in this organization in the Midwest at the very least

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
