      A solid company with stable reputation and chance to move around internally. Good amount of vacation time and work/life balance.

      Benefits could be better and the criteria as to what warrant a promotion could be a little more objective.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
