      great compensation and management. They were very helpful when you need assistance but left you alone to do your job and trusted that you had the maturity to do it.

      This job was created with what seemed to lack a lot of forethought. IT was launched and not a lot of departments took advantage of it and so the position was eliminated

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
