      Comp is good Lots of smart people working here W/L balance is great

      Management spins everything in a positive light, even when they make changes that have a negative impact. You have to read the fine print very carefully. Health benefits have been cut in the past year.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
