Pros
The knowledgeable, professional and friendly people are the most important piece of Safeco and Liberty Mutual. Like other companies, the manager will make or break the experience at Liberty.
Cons
Three re- organizations in five years on the Liberty Mutual side has been extremely disruptive. About the time jobs and responsibilities get firmed up, changes are made again. The last one (that began in 2016 and is ongoing) was poorly executed and communicated leaving everyone company-wide feeling unsettled.
