Pros
Good bonus structure and only need to work 37.5 hours a week. Benefits are decent but not the best in the industry.
Cons
Lack of diversity across age groups and minorities If you are young and white you will do well however. In 2017 Liberty Mutual kicked off a company wide diversity campaign in an attempt to promote diversity. At the same time, reorganized commercial insurance and laid off many positions and did not offer job replacement for any of the minorities that were let go. If you are white, young and educated you will have preferential treatment.
