Pros
Competitive pay, some very good benefits, flexible work schedule depending on your department
Cons
Over 800 associates laid off over a 8 month period. Even after 8 months there was still another wave coming that senior management had been talking about. Everyone was on pins and needles, worried about what would happen next. Many associates have left from individual contributors to upper management because of all the uncertainty. It was such a great company for so long, so hopefully they can the senior managers causing this very disoriented org change and bring some stability back.
