      Pay, benefits and flexibility; but all at the cost of over-worked

      Restructure after restructure...more churn than actual productivity. The role of HR is to support the restructuring and notify people they are losing their jobs; truly have taken the human out of human resources.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
