      Pros

      Pay, and the people. Liberty hires great talent.

      Cons

      Goals are outrageously difficult to meet. In addition IT can’t figure out how to calculate the goals. They will term any one that can not meet theses high pressure goals. Senior leadership does not know how to balance the customers needs and the business needs. Don’t work here until they can figure out their vision.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
