      A company car and paid vacations.

      Cons

      No backbone by supervisors when issues need addressing. Problems with issues of communication never get resolved, just lip service. The kool - aid drunk by the management is astounding. The company plays favorites continually.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
