      Typically great work-life balance as long as you're not in the Personal Insurance side of the business Managers are open to you trying out new roles in other divisions Typically pays higher than the industry

      Cons

      Typical large company issues Obsessed with recommendations from consulting firms even though the last two enterprise wide recommendations from these consultants were a failure

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
