Pros
A paycheck. A lot of the people in the lower levels are passionate and care very deeply about their work. There are good people there, but the culture there raises the bad ones up.
Cons
Short-sighted management who have zero people skills and no understanding of what it means to be a leader. Easily the most toxic environment I've ever been in. Constant reorgs, which leads to a general sense of shellshock.
