      Literally nothing at all! Absolutely awful.

      Cons

      Liberty Mutual is the textbook definition of the worst of corporate America. They do not care about their employees at all, the environment is 100% political, and management is the absolute worst. Neither merit, education, mobility, or results will get you anywhere here. Avoid at all costs unless you want lifelong PTSD!

      Pros

      They still care about DEI.

      Cons

      Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
