      Pros

      LIMU is constantly giving back to their employees . I feel valued and appreciated. Leadership takes an active role in developing employees and helping them reach goals.

      Cons

      I dont have a lot of cons. This is adjusting world of claims so naturally there will be higher volume times and good work is still expected. I get that. It is the nature of the industry and I respect it. Definite job security!

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
