Pros
Initially, I was hired to do some very good work. I look forward to it and proceeded for six months.
Cons
After six months, my hiring manager left. The new director was less professional and supported unprofessional behavior from staff. E.g. withholding information, unwilling to work as team, disallowing others to learn new skills, etc.
