      Pros

      Higher than average pay for the industry, better than avg benefits (although the 401 and pension have modified downward).

      Cons

      Multiple claim systems, micro management, intolerant attitudes about things that affect the front line, culture clashes galore with the acquisitions of Safeco and OCG.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
