      Liberty uses layoffs as a management strategy. They often claim each layoff is due to an “unprecedented” issue and while that has been the case a FEW times, it is really more of a consistent mismanagement at an executive level.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
