      The pay check arrives on time.

      Cons

      poor management-top on down- senior management worships only their balance sheet-pigs at the top. record profits and more and more office downsizing. Legal department devolved from ethical representation of Liberty insureds, to no representation. no staff, no secretaries, no help-just ever increasing case loads. Liberty has no concept of RESPONSIBILITY, other than as a slick marketing gimmick.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
