Pros
* Enjoyed working with team members; some great folks I have worked with * Opportunities to learn different technical skills and roles * Availability of technical training and certifications * Weekly convocation for staff to hear speakers from around the country * Academic tuition - free for staff and family members * If you are a student, lots of on- and off-campus activities provided by the school
Cons
* Many facilities somewhat dated, except new buildings for sports and academics. * The organization tends to promote people too fast - intelligent individuals, yes, but very little real world experience, especially in management. * No team development opportunities among staff. * Depending on where you work at Liberty, staff members are neither valued nor treated well in my opinion. * HR doesn't always communicate employee benefits to staff. * Full-time staff benefits in general don't kick in until months later after your start date.
