Took away supervisor position and expected same work with less pay. Horrible management the district managers don’t know what they are doing and force you to follow unrealistic goals. They want you to run a store with a skeleton crew and expect the store to run perfect. You will work long hours with no support from management. No work life balance and you will get no training.
