Decent wage for the work

Cons

Store runs on skeleton crew No practical trainijg whatsoever (not enough hours) Upper management clueless to the reality of working in a store Inconsistent/under contract hours Company give an inch and expect a mile Very little protection for staff Managers are expected to be on tills for hours No praise for a job well done, only criticism and admonishment They tell you there are opportunities to advance but it will take you 10 years to luck into a promotion.

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
