Extreme bias towards family members, family members of bosses are hired first and promoted, racist bosses that promote workers from their home contries, a HQ that simple doesn't care, so Lidls warehouses are like "The Lord of the Flies". If you talk to your coworkers or go to the toilet for too long the bosses sees that as unproductive work tome and you have to go to a disciplinary meeting. If you are injured they try to fire you.
