The hours were long, most often being threatened with the introduction of a second shift or working Saturday if overtime was not fulfilled. The pay was considerably low for other similar jobs with other companies. Management was good at making you feel like you were never doing a good job, and executives hounded management constantly for more numbers that in reality weren't possible. Don't follow own policies laid out in the employee handbook.
