Ok at best, but overall horrible upper management, low hours and low pay. - Sales Associate Lids Employee Review

The store manager I had was good. Upper management is down right horrible. I've been there for 7 years and just quit 7 months ago. Employees are never compensated for their hard work. Pay across the board is very low with the ridiculous sales expectations are. Some times the company feels like selling passports, accessories, and embriodery is more important than selling your primary product which our hats.
