Things are in a downward spiral, in my opinion. A lot of long time employees have left or are looking to leave. Pay is not good. Raises are a joke. Well, unless you are a corporate ass-kisser. That's how you get ahead. There is no work-life balance. That, along with the pay, makes it an undesirable place to work. They used to treat people well and could get away with paying less, but not any more. It's a shame, it was such a great place when I started. The company keeps growing into new areas without learning the areas they most recently expanded into. Infrastructure isn't keeping up with growth.
