Poor Upper Management, good people at the store level but terrible commmunication - Assistant Store Manager Lids Employee Review

The regional and district management are the first to call out the part time and full time employees of a store if a store has a bad day or week. Without taking into account mall traffic, or the fact that on some days it's really hard to meet budget (which can be ridiculously high on weekdays sometimes). They are constantly looking for new leaders, but don't always take the time to cultivate them properly. Lot's of stress if you work at a mid-volume/upper volume store.
