Pros
If you're young and inexperienced, they will promote you quickly because they can pay you less and work you hard. So if you get in, get your experience and get out quick, there might still be a benefit to working there. The discount is nice too.
Cons
They have multiple workers rights violations. There have been several successful class action lawsuits where hundred of former and current employees had to be repaid stolen wages. Management has a history of dishonesty and egomania. I have witnessed verbal abuse and discrimination. Upper management will only get involved if their own job is on the line. I've seen female associates get terminated to protect inappropriate behavior by their managers. They also heavily underpay their staff.
