Terrible company. No checks and balances alows uper management to stomp all over dedicated employees. Everything must be "filtered" through your DSM, which is an issue if your DSM is the issue. "Employed at Will" company keeps the problems quite, as people are afraid to speak up. Fluctuating Overtime means they can force you to work 70hrs, which puts your pay at less than minimum wage. They view any employee under a district sales manager as disposable, and would rather lose 10 Store managers than address the real issues.
