Pros
- Great store manager - Really friendly staff across the board (country and international) - insight into international interpretations of running the same business, frequent communication internationally offered a great experience into how the company was able to reach a vast business having begun in America
Cons
-Not enough training - not yet reached an equilibrium between American and UK communications and processing of orders, deliveries, new stock, etc. - not enough analysis ln individual store stock resulting in e.g being sent too many of one item and not enough of another when acknowledging personal store demands.
