-"Sometimes" you'll meet lazy managers -Staff-room politics are sometimes present, even if you're numbers are good -- same in every work environment, really -The cycle counting takes place every week as opposed to every other week, you get used to it and its not very demanding -- but it can feel redundant and boring -You need your numbers at a certain percentage, but they become easy targets to hit if you make an effort to get better in certain areas
