-Days don’t end until 9:30pm 10hrs+ daily -PTO can be taken but you’re still working (calls, emails, group chats) -Days off don’t exist -Undervalued & underpaid -A lot of miscommunication from home office -Mobile devices in store have the worst internet signal and crash on heavy sale days -Annual raises don’t exist -payroll keeps shrinking and more is expected on single coverage, sometimes payroll doesn’t even cover single coverage -HR is a great partner for Regional directors, nothing is anonymous and they are always protected. -Holidays are worked, last minute weekend days worked and no comp day off
