      Good pay, thats about it

      Cons

      Poor package and low holidays, ruled by SHEQ and HR. Toxic work place with all departments stabbing each other all the time to hide their own deficiencies. Managers who have no people skills always rrying to get staff sacked. Very high staff turnover.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
