      Pros

      I had a great time working at Liebherr. People were super friendly and responsive and everyone was passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there is no public transport to commute to work at Saline, Michigan so one needs to buy a car.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
