      Family owned great benefits great working conditions, large company throughout the world with different products that are offered and family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some times employees are overlooked for new positions that open up in there area of expertise . Thus losing valuable people.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
