      Not a lot unfortunately. Avoid if possible.

      Cons

      Bad attitude from management at all levels. Unfriendly workforce. Culture of conflict. Management do not have competency to manage which filters down the levels. Training non existent. Benefits are minimal. Relationship with workers based on exploiting employment restrictions in rural area.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
