Pros
Efficiently coordinated shop with adequate training manuals. On the job training was easily available, and tools were supplied by the company. Easy interview process, as well.
Cons
You couldn't move into other departments easily. Training lacked proper structure and would end up causing the employee to become frustrated. Management philosophies were very one sided and did not benefit the employees.
