      Local contracts (no expat contracts when going abroad) Conservative (if you are looking for a startup environment, its not the place to be)

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
