      local - and that is about it leading to good work life balance - free car park - pay ok for level of work - steady financials and growth

      Cons

      shocking management at all levels short sighted and under investment for years not enough staff to perform the role properly seriously consider - do you really need to move from your current role to go here!!

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
