      World class company, pays always on time, good pay at the time. great training

      Cons

      Family company where it is difficult to advance without “contacts”. Divisions (mixed salee company) where they do not work together and at times even, compete amongst each other.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
