Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Liebherr Group Employee Review

It has to be the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. Management is rude and not engaged with their employees. They will walk right past you and not even speak to you. Favoritism is what gets you promoted while people with twenty plus years of experience don’t even get an interview. If you apply for a job internally you most likely will not even get an interview nor will you be notified that you didn’t get the job or anything. Most of the hr people don’t have a clue of what they are doing people that should be written up or fired seem to be left alone while the people that care become frustrated as nothing ever gets fixed or discussed. Never had a division meeting or departmental meeting on the years I worked there. Communication is non existent .
