      Flex time - As long as you start by 9am, you are never late. Set hours - Work your 8 hours and get to go home to family.

      Cons

      Some positions need to be oncall 24 hours a day.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
