      Management and HR are all open to some leniency in work shift adjustments and making up time for unexpected family needs. Pay is good for entry level. Plenty of opportunity to bounce higher if put in the work to network and learn the core of the dept.

      Cons

      Inconsistent transparency and communication top down and lacks cohesive team.work across departments.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
